xbji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and xbji ("xbji", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xbji platform at xbji.club, including all games, betting markets, promotional features, and financial services available thereon. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on xbji.

By registering an account on xbji, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the xbji platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the xbji platform and must not create an account.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the xbji platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on each occasion you use the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. xbji strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and will suspend or permanently close any account found to belong to a person under this age.
• You are accessing xbji from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of xbji, or of any company that supplies software, games, or services to xbji.
• You have not previously been excluded from xbji or self-excluded from the platform under xbji's responsible gaming tools.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold one xbji account only. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited. xbji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals associated with them. If you discover you have accidentally created a second account, you must contact xbji support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly whenever that information changes. xbji reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbji account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xbji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Never save your xbji password in a shared or public device's browser.
• Log out of your xbji account at the end of every session, particularly when using a borrowed or shared phone.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

xbji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your xbji wallet within 30 seconds of a successful payment confirmation. xbji does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges — please consult your provider for details. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your own name may be refused and returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile money account used for the corresponding deposit, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. xbji processes withdrawals within 15 minutes for requests submitted between 08:00 and 24:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next processing window.

xbji reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national ID card, mobile banking confirmation, or other proof of identity. All withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering checks. xbji does not charge fees on withdrawals; your mobile money provider's fees are outside xbji's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

xbji offers bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your xbji account as bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money BDT balance. Bonus balance must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, per promotion period. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through multiple accounts — will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• xbji reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the period stated in the individual offer. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• Seasonal promotions (such as those tied to BPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh) are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms apply where specific terms are silent.

xbji does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time. All offers are provided at xbji's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced without prior notice.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on xbji are provided by certified third-party game studios and are subject to those studios' individual game rules, which govern the mechanics, return-to-player rates, and outcome determination of each game. xbji's role is that of a platform operator; the game outcome is determined by the game software, not by xbji.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

xbji's sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to xbji's betting rules as published on the platform. Bets are settled in accordance with official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result reversal by the governing body, xbji will apply its standard void/settlement rules as published.

6.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or game software error — xbji will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the issue and restore the session or settle the game in a fair manner. xbji's decision in such cases is final. xbji will not be liable for:

• Losses attributable to network issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions or ISP outages.
• Losses arising from a player's use of an unsupported browser or device that causes display or interaction errors.
• Hypothetical winnings that a player claims would have been won had the technical failure not occurred.

While these Terms set out your obligations to xbji, xbji also has obligations to you. Here is a summary of the key commitments xbji makes to every Bangladesh player using the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xbji. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balances forfeited where permitted by law, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, account limits, or other platform rules.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or otherwise operate an xbji account without human direction.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating that distorts the outcome of a sporting event or game on xbji.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using xbji for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in xbji's platform or in any third-party game to gain an unfair advantage or extract funds.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or allowing another person to use your xbji account.

xbji employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

xbji is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. Gambling should be entertaining — it is not a reliable source of income and all games carry financial risk. xbji provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders: voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on BDT deposits); session time reminders that alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration; a cooling-off period option that temporarily restricts your account for a set number of days; and a self-exclusion option that permanently or temporarily closes your account on request. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the xbji platform — including but not limited to the xbji brand name, logo, website design, software interface, game graphics (where xbji holds the licence), promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of xbji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any xbji content without prior written consent from xbji. Your right to use the xbji platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal entertainment purposes only. You acquire no ownership rights in any xbji content by virtue of using the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbji shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's voluntary gambling activity, including losses on games, sports bets, or any other wagering activity on the xbji platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to access the xbji platform, including lost profits or business opportunities.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, including unauthorised access to their account by a third party.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

xbji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested; or receipt of a valid legal order requiring account closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

A player may request closure of their own xbji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile money account after deduction of any outstanding bonus balance, subject to completion of KYC verification if not previously completed.

12. Amendments to These Terms

xbji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, xbji will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — for example by displaying a notice on the platform at login, or by sending a notification to your registered mobile number. Your continued use of the xbji platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

13. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. xbji operates as an online platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of xbji complies with all laws applicable to them.
